RUSSIAN TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS
GATHER AND SEND THE FOLLOWING DOCUEMNTS

 


 

1. PASSPORT

You must provide your actual signed passport, including one copy of the personal information page of your passport. Your passport must:

  • At least 6 months beyond the validity of the requested visa.

  • Contain at least two blank visa pages for the visa stamp (amendments and endorsement pages cannot be used to fulfill this requirement)
     

 

2. PHOTOGRAPH

Please send one recent (less than 6 month old) professional passport-type photograph.

 

 

3. TOURIST VOUCHER (INVITATION)

Copy of tourist voucher (invitation) issued by tourist company or hotel in Russia approved by the Ministry of Tourism.
If you would prefer, we can obtain the invitation for you, and you can place order when you fill out the online Order Form below.
 

 

4. VISA APPLICATION FORM 

Applicant must complete visa application online, print out, and sign it. Click here to fill out your application online.
When you start your application, you MUST WRITE down Application ID and Password. Please include this information in your package.

5. AUTHORIZATION LETTER 

The applicant must supply a notarized letter authorizing our company to handle the submission and retrieval of their Russian visa. The letter must be notarized for validation. Click here to download the letter.

6. FOR NON-US CITIZEN

Must provide a copy of legal status in the US:

7. PROCESSING TIME & FEES

  • 8 business days processing,    consulate fee $245, service fee $299

  • 12 business days processing, consulate fee $245, service fee $199

  • 18 business days processing, consulate fee $245, service fee $139

RUSSIAN PRIVATE VISA REQUIREMENTS
GATHER AND SEND THE FOLLOWING DOCUEMNTS

1. PASSPORT

You must provide your actual signed passport, including one copy of the personal information page of your passport. Your passport must:

  •  At least 6 months beyond the validity of the requested visa.

2. PHOTOGRAPH

Please send one recent professional passport-type photograph.

 

 

3. INVITATION LETTER

A NOTARIZED letter of invitation from a Russian citizen. The letter from your host must be written in Russian, and should contain the following information:

  • Full name, date of birth, sex, citizenship, passport number, address of registration, and address of residence of the inviting party.

  • Full name (in both Russian AND English), date of birth, sex, citizenship, passport number, and resident address of the applicant.

  • Specifically request a "3 year multiple entry private visa for the period dd/mm/yyyy - dd/mm/yyyy" (ie. 01 June 2020 - 31 May 2023).

  • The purpose of travel, cities to be visited, and address of stay.

4. RUSSIAN HOST PASSPORT

You must provide a copy of the Russian internal passport and registration stamp of your Russian host.
